"weight loss models" needed 4 my website.I'm offering free weight loss counseling to first 2 people who agree to sign a form stating that I can use thier fully clothed before and after weight loss photos on my website and/or
in printed material indefinitely. no credit or debit card information or checking account information required. we meet in public place. U may bring 1-2 support persons with you.. "weight loss model" refers to folks who 1-are atleast 10 pounds overweight according to height/weight charts.
2-is not pregnant, or planning to become pregnant 3-is not under the age of 18-4-does not have an eating disorder 5-is not taking chemicals or injections or planning to take chemicals or injections for weight loss 6-is not trying to lose more than 2 pounds per week 7-is not intending to follow a diet that is a hypo-caloric temporary weight loss program 8-is not intending to follow a high protien-low carb diet 9-is not intending to use pre-packaged foods to the exclusion of whole foods such as fresh fruits and vegetables 10-is not intending to follow a high fat diet 11-is not recovering from surgery or recently given birth
12-is willing or able to do atleast 30 minutes of INTENTIONAL exercise per day 13-has not been restricted from exercise or weight loss plans that involve weight loss of 1-2 pounds per week by a physician 14-wants to lose 10 or more pounds and intends to follow a balanced, sensible eating plan proposed by me
15-lives in the knoxville area and/or is willing to meet in the cedar bluff area of knoxville-If you are interested, send me the following information so I can contact you with more details-
